These discussions will take place in the future without me, because: my self with protein supplements is finished!
 Goal of all the tests was to verify the effects of protein supplements on my muscle development. Having not only lifted weights regularly but Having weighed, measured the circumference of the arms and medical test done sports, can be seen very well, what happened with my body over the past four months.
"How much lift?" This existential question in the past months I have been asked more often than "how are you?" At the end of the bench 100 pounds and 105 pounds on his back on the bench. One of the most important measurement values ​​in muscle development is the body weight. 8.7 pounds I put on during the training phase, where the weight increased with more shakes than without. The fatal question is now: More weight due to fat and increase muscle or water?
To find out, I made several body composition analysis, which was measured by the percentage of muscle, fat and water.
Increased muscle mass quickly is that the water body. The 8.7 pounds are therefore not pure muscle, but about half muscle and half water body. It is interesting to note the proportion of body fat. Without shakes it remained constant at 13.8 pounds reported body weight. After two months of taking shakes it was, it does not seem true, to 8.8 pounds. Scenarios "grease ball" that I had not imagined were then verified.
In return, and this surprises me most of all, my strength thanks to regular pumping is much improved. And this, although in addition to lifting weights, I am committed to the maximum on the dance floor. In all the relevant measurements becomes clear, that my maximum oxygenation is improved, which is an indication of good resistance. As my fat metabolism has improved a lot, it means that my body burns more fat during sport before. This also explains why the proportion of body fat is reduced.
In summary this means: What protein supplements have had on me the effect of
increase both water as well as muscle mass and reduce fat.
- That the performance of the bench has increased constantly, or faster,
- That even my subjective feeling of regeneration has improved.
