Organic food are more nutritious, good ! but not more

Organic food is better, more natural and contain less pesticides than that obtained with techniques of agriculture and animal husbandry "traditional", but it is more nutritious than other foods available. So says a group of researchers led by Dena Brevata Stanford University (USA), who conducted an analysis in this regard.

The analysis was achieved of 237 studies on the quality and the effect of the consumption of organic food, but was not detected any greater concentration of proteins much less the presence of more vitamins compared to non-bio.

Even bacteria affecting equally the two types of food, while as regards pesticides, the situation is different as in food bio the amount of these is reduced by 30% compared to that detected in non-organic products.
So organic foods do not have a nutritional value greater than those produced with conventional techniques. In general, cost twice as much as others, and they taste better, not to mention that are good for the environment. According to experts, for now there is no evidence that eating organic is the best choice.
